Started as four engineers with a shared commitment to real work.
Rafiq Ahmed and Sakib Hossain met at a Dhaka fintech startup. In 2019 they left to build a clearing module for a proprietary trading firm \u2014 a small, specific, high-stakes contract. It ran flawlessly. The prop shop introduced them to another client. Word spread.
By 2021 they had 18 engineers and launched the AI/ML practice. By 2022 the mobile team expanded to handle React Native at scale. Today we're 58 people and have shipped systems that handle billions in on-chain volume and assist doctors in emergency departments.
The studio remains privately held. We've had acquisition conversations and declined. The independence matters.

Plain language
We write documentation, proposals and post-mortems in plain English. Technical accuracy and clarity are not in conflict.
Senior on every problem
Junior engineers work alongside seniors — not instead of them. Every client interaction involves someone who has shipped the thing before.
Boring on things that last
Postgres, not the newest distributed ledger. Go or Rust, not the framework launched last quarter. Boring infrastructure, interesting product.
Audit trails over apologies
Every decision has a thread. Architecture decision records, deployment logs, incident timelines — all kept and shared with clients.
Ship calmly
Heroics at 2am mean the system was designed wrong. We engineer for calm deployments and boring on-calls.
Work we say no to
Surveillance tech, deceptive dark patterns, AI products without eval frameworks. We turn down more work than we take on.
